Thank you for choosing Main Street Café for your celebration event.

Below is our standard criteria regarding celebration reservations. Please fill out form (link below) and return to cafemainstreet101@gmail.com.

• Guest limit: 24 or less (Tuesday-Friday) 35 or less (Monday or Saturday); we will need confirmation of the party size by 10:00 am that morning
• Menu: we can offer a limited menu when there is a single payee or if party prefers a limited menu & party exceeds 15 guests; we offer a set limited menu printed by Main Street Cafe offering 4 lunch menu items ( we can personalize the menu and show no pricing); parties are welcome to print their own limited menu for the reservation ( if printing your own, we do need a copy to provide to our kitchen staff one day in advance of reservation)
• Arrival 11:00; Party order will be turned into kitchen by 11:30; Reservation time is from 11:00-1:00; there will be an extra $50 charge for every 30 minutes past 1:00. A 12:30 arrival option is available however, we cannot guarantee the tables will all be available at 12:30. There may be a slight wait while other guests finish and the tables are prepared for your party.
• Early arrival for decoration: we can open the restaurant at 10:30 for pre-reservation decoration/set-up; there is limited space for decoration; there may be space for a cake table if needed; we do request no small decorating particles be used (jewels, glitter, confetti etc)
• We will determine table set-up prior to reservation date via visit or over the phone.
• If non-table top decor is needed, there will be an additional $150 charge for additional space ( gift table, window decor, balloon decor, presentation easel etc)
• Bringing your cake: we do allow outside cakes to be brought in; we do request that plates are brought in to serve the cake; you can order cakes through us if preferred
• Payment: payment can be made using card, check or cash; if there is a single payee there will be a 25% gratuity fee added to the total
• Main Street Café does not pay credit card processing fees; there is a 3.5% processing fee added to all credit card transactions; debit, check or cash payment is accepted and preferred for large reservations
• Patio Reservation: private rental of the patio during lunch/dinner service is available. There is a rental fee $500 in addition to the above reservation criteria and charges. This fee is automatic for reservations exceeding 30 guests.
